All bookings are for the entire property, the second bedroom (twin) is locked if not booked. Please state if you are booking one room and would prefer the twin room.

    £50 deposit for short stays, £100 deposit for stays of more than 2 nights which payable on booking. Please note this is non refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks of your stay. Full payment must be made before arrival or cash on arrival. you will be responsible for any damages or breakages done during your stay.
